"Solid boots, but the grip didn’t work for me"
The boots themselves feel sturdy, but maybe it’s just me, the traction has been a letdown. I noticed they slip more than I expected on wet pavement and packed dirt, which doesn’t make me feel super confident wearing them. For the price, I thought the grip would be better. They might be totally fine in dry work areas, but for what I need, they just haven’t felt very safe. Not awful boots overall, just disappointing when it comes to traction.

"Custom options were a bit confusing"
The customization looked cool at first, but I got frustrated with it quicker than I expected. Some of the options I wanted didn’t seem to be available on certain boots, and unless I missed something, the site didn’t really explain why. I also wasn’t totally sure what my changes would actually look like, since the photos didn’t update much. So with things like leather, soles, and stitching, it felt like I was kind of guessing. The boots may be great, but for the price, I thought the custom builder would be a little smoother and clearer.

"Absolutely Worth It"

"Size swap was mostly easy"
I had to exchange for a different size, and the return instructions were straightforward, so that part was nice. It did take a little longer than I expected to get a response, which was kind of annoying, but the exchange arrived fine and everything worked out. So yeah, not perfect, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"Took a bit, but worth it"
They was stiff the first few days, not gonna lie, and it took maybe around 2 weeks before they really broke in. But now they fit great and feels solid all day. I’m happy with them

"Really solid quality"
I’ve had mine for a few months now, i’m impressed. The leather feels thick, the stitching is clean, and they broke in way better than I expected. They definitely aren’t cheap, but I haven’t had no regrets because you can tell where the money went.

I had a few sizing questions before placing my order, so I reached out to White's Boots by email. Based on my experience, they were really helpful once they got back to me and explained things in a clear, friendly way. I also appreciated that they didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions. The only downside was that it took a couple of days to hear back, which was a little frustrating since I was trying to order quickly. Overall though, the service was solid and reassuring. I’d give them 4 stars

"The leather itself has actually held…"
The leather itself has actually held up well, but the stitching started getting loose sooner than I expected. I reached out hoping someone would follow up or offer some kind of help, but I never heard anything back, which was frustrating.

"Good order experience, but updates were kinda slow!!!"
I placed an order on whitesboots.com everything went through just fine!! No issues with checkout or anything like that... but the updates after ordering were a little slow?? Not a huge deal, and I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, I just wish the order status was clearer along the way!!!

"Scuffed Way Too Fast"
I really wanted to like this, but the leather started scuffing after barely any use. I don’t mind normal wear, but having to be super careful with it right away feels unnecessary. Not really what I was hoping for

"I ordered a pair last week…"
I ordered a pair last week and, my first thought after checking out was, “Did I get the right size?” So I emailed them, kind of expecting the usual generic reply. But they got back quickly with a clear answer and an update on where my order was. No runaround, no copy-paste nonsense, just actually useful info. My snap judgment so far: they seem easy to deal with. It definitely made me feel better about the wait, especially since boots aren’t exactly an overnight thing.

"Worth the Wait"
My boots showed up right around the timeframe they originally gave me, so I really can’t complain. Waiting wasn’t exactly fun, but that’s on me for being impatient—I knew they were being made to order and not just pulled off a shelf. There weren’t any surprises with the lead time, and everything went pretty much as expected. I’m happy with the experience...

"Boots Came So Fast"
I ordered my boots they showed up way sooner than I was expecting. Like, I kept checking the tracking just to see where they were, and it was super easy to follow the whole way. No problems, no weird delays, nothing like that. Happy with the whole experience.

"Nice looking boots, awkward fit"
i mean, the boots do look really nice, but the sizing was just weird for me. I ordered my usual size and they felt tight around the toes but somehow loose in the heel. For the price, it was frustrating.

"Comfy After a Little Breaking In"
The arch support is good, but it did take a little time to break them in. Once they softened up a bit, they felt much more comfortable.
